I returned to painting after a very long break and I am working on developing my skills. My paintings are made predominantly with water-mixable oils, but I am happy to create with acrylic paint as well.

I aim to use colour consciously to show various emotions in my paintings.

 

I want to abandon precision in favour of light and movement, concentrate on building depth and connecting with the viewer.

I am still searching for my style and subject, but I find portrait to be my current favourite subject.

I want to perfect my economy of stroke and limit my pallette to bring the focus to the message I want to share.
